Job Title: Graduate Site Engineer/Site Manager

Our client, a specialist contractor, is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer/Site Manager to join their team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will work on major infrastructure projects across London and the South East.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the delivery of contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer and assist them in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key contacts from in-house managers to clients' site staff and sub-contractors.
  • Maintain a documentary record of contractual activities, including site progress, as-built records, and set-out on site.
  • Prepare Method Statements, including working drawings and works procedures.
  • Update the project programme and ensure contractual targets are met.
  • Assist in project logistics, including placing purchase orders for materials and arranging deliveries with suppliers.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing monthly payment applications.
  • Be responsible for own health and safety and prepare Risk Assessments for activities.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
