Principal Product Manager

Drive growth and innovation as a Principal Product Manager at rmg digital, a fast-growing global platform. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and activation, primarily through organic search (SEO) and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Growth Strategies: Develop and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition and activation, leveraging SEO and paid channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimise Website & User Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality website experience that boosts conversions and user engagement.
  • Collaborate on Content & SEO Strategy: Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create a content-rich, optimised site that supports customer acquisition and meets SEO best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise data insights and analytics tools to monitor performance, optimise strategies, and adjust based on user behaviour and conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, managing timelines and resource allocation to ensure impactful results.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and growth strategies.
  • Proven success in driving SEO and paid traffic growth, particularly in competitive markets.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Amplitude) to guide data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge of web development, SEO, and familiarity with CMS platforms (experience with Prismic is a plus).

Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, travel platforms, or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.
