About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance company as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes and providing accurate information to assist with their queries.
  • Taking customers through a questionnaire to gather relevant information and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products.
  • Building rapport with customers to increase the chances of generating sales and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Generating quotes and offering prices to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Recording accurate notes and answers to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £22,308.
  • 6 months of guaranteed commission from starting (£210 per month).
  • Realistic OTE in year one of £32,500, with opportunities to earn upwards of £60,000 per annum, inclusive of monthly commission and quarterly bonuses.
