The Role

As a Commercial Sales Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program, immersing yourself in the company's operations and learning about the products, market, customers, and suppliers. You will receive external sales training from BMS and internal training, as well as training from the Electrical Distributor's Association (EDA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales skills and knowledge through training and on-the-job experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Learn about the company's products and services
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers
