The Role

As a Commercial Sales Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program, immersing yourself in the company's operations from the ground up. In your first 3 months, you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in different departments, including the warehouse, to learn about operating procedures, products, market, customers, and suppliers.

You will be trained by BMS, the Electrical Distributor's Association (EDA), and other industry experts. This investment in your development will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to kick-start a sales career. As a Graduate Commercial Sales Trainee, you will be coachable, willing to learn, and able to take a 'no' as an opportunity to achieve the next 'yes'. The package includes a lucrative profit share scheme, comprehensive training, and development program, 25 days annual leave, and more.
