About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects across the airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver regular site safety engagement to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and promote a positive HSE culture.
  • Review contractor CDM and quality and commissioning submittals for quality and compliance.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineering colleagues to ensure all works are installed to plan.
Requirements
  • Served as a Field Engineer, Site Engineer, NEC Supervisor, or Clerk of Works in the construction or civil engineering sectors, managing multi-year projects valued at up to £10 million.
  • Skilled in project handover and closeout processes.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving HSE issues related to construction.
  • Well-versed in quality management principles and practices.
