About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain professional to lead our global procurement function. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports all global business units and entities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Manage the procurement and supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
  3. Monitor and determine the most cost-effective levels of finished goods and raw materials inventory.
  4. Establish policies and procedures for all procurement activities.
  5. Lead and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team.
  6. Adopt overall accountability for the end-to-end procurement process.
  7. Develop sourcing strategies to identify and secure high-quality materials and services.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in procurement and supply chain operations.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain, with demonstrable experience as an effective member of a senior leadership team.
  2. Expertise in procurement within a manufacturing, equipment rental or construction-related industries is favourable.
  3. Proven track record of leading a regional/global procurement function.
  4. Experience working with sourcing tools including Spend Analytics, Contract Management and P2P platforms.
  5. Proven success in developing and executing procurement and supply chain strategies at a Group level.
  6. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and supplier relationship management.
