Your Role

As a Graduate Lettings Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of premium, high-specification city center apartments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively marketing properties to potential tenants.
  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Facilitating the signing of new tenancy agreements.

Working closely with a distinguished developer, you will have access to some of the finest property listings available.


Communication Skills

This role requires a significant amount of both telephone and face-to-face interaction. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
