Job Title: Business Development Manager - Portfolio Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a Portfolio Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
  • Attend and close your own sales appointments.
  • Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in selling solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Confident in value-based/consultative selling.
  • Ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, board of directors, and HR managers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment attending a high volume of weekly meetings.
  • Previous field-based experience.
