Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our client's engineering department in a busy high-speed automated factory. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out Predictive Maintenance (PPMS), attending to breakdowns, and participating in engineering projects such as Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Investigate and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the factory's equipment and processes

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled mechanical or electrical bias
  • Engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
