Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn & Hatfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Prepare evening meals and assist clients with personal care needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a home care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check and British driving license
