We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Toshiba EMEA. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our IT infrastructure, including cloud services, network connectivity, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 3rd line support for LAN & WAN connectivity, including troubleshooting and resolving complex faults.
- Support M365 services, including single tenant multi-domain environments, and work with colleagues in HQ Japan as needed.
- Administer Windows Servers and SQL, and provide support for antivirus suites and associated filters.
- Support VMWare vSphere and above, including vCentre SAN environments, and work on infrastructure-based projects.
- Implement new procedures and processes to meet the needs of Toshiba TEC UK Imaging Systems and our customers.
- Provide 3rd line support for in-house and customer backup systems.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, including cloud services and network connectivity.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and SQL.
- Experience with VMWare vSphere and above, including vCentre SAN environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
