Concession Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shops within assigned routes.
Key Responsibilities- Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a consistent and appealing store layout.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor and easily accessible to customers.
- Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements to maximize sales and revenue.
- Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly and accurately.
- Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth and success of the concession shop.
- Maintain a clean and tidy concession area at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor and the store environment is appealing to customers.
- Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide regular updates on performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
