Concession Merchandiser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concession Merchandiser to join our team at Claire's. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring that our concession shops are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by recovering, replenishing, and merchandising the concession shop during frequent visits.
- Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting customer demand.
- Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Organize extra stock in assigned areas, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly, minimizing errors.
- Proactively look for and suggest improvements to sales performance, driving business growth.
- Ensure the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide regular updates on performance to the Concessions District Sales Manager, offering feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
