As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of Mechanical Engineering within various projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all tasks are planned, sourced, and carried out safely, adhering to Kier standards and UK regulations.
  • Reviewing and refining designs for safe and efficient construction while implementing quality control measures to meet contractual obligations.
  • Managing change control processes, assessing risks and opportunities, and providing precise updates on project status and financials.
  • Leading and mentoring your team, establishing clear expectations, and collaborating to achieve project objectives.
  • Promoting an inclusive, diverse, and supportive environment for your team members.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience as an Engineer with a robust technical understanding of Mechanical services and safety protocols.
  • Relevant CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development, consistently seeking opportunities for professional growth.
