Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing) | Freelance | Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd

Job Type: Freelance
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Region: Hertfordshire

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a freelance basis, working on residential/social housing projects based out of our offices near Watford, Herts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Social Housing sector and be proficient in using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word or equivalent software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and issue sub-contract orders and ensure these are signed and returned along with any supporting documentation.
  • Review and sign off on any sub-contract applications and prepare and send out payment notices.
  • Agree Final Accounts with the supply chain and clients in a timely manner.
  • Attend site visits to provide assistance and support to both the commercial and operational side of the business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-motivated with experience working in the Social Housing sector.
  • Proficiency using office IT applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word or equivalent software.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
