Insignis Cash's expanding product division is in search of a product manager to oversee the prioritization and execution of the backlogs for our essential platforms. Collaborating closely with the Platform Product Director, you will be accountable for facilitating the strategic transformations initiated by them and the senior leadership team to enhance our critical business platforms. Your position will be crucial not only in ensuring that Insignis Cash delivers an exceptional experience for our users but also in balancing the priorities of your team.

Your contributions within the product team will have a direct influence on how our clients interact with our cash management platform on a daily basis, implementing highly visible feature launches and enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workloads in a vital and stimulating area for the organization.
  • Flexible and professional, capable of building relationships with technical teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, dedicated to enhancing best practices and refining product management processes.
  • You are an experienced product manager who has worked with one or more high-performing agile technical teams in recent positions.
  • A technical background and/or experience in financial services are significant advantages.
  • Experience in Banking, Savings, FinTech, or regulated financial services is a notable asset.
  • Adept at identifying dependencies and challenges, and creatively addressing them to protect the delivery plan for your development team.
  • Collaborate with product directors and, as necessary, with business stakeholders to ensure the backlog encompasses all necessary tasks, and that the team comprehends both the overarching vision and detailed requirements.
  • Coordinate with other product managers to ensure that dependencies and priorities between teams are effectively managed.
  • Engage closely and foster a productive relationship with technology teams, participating in and contributing to all sprint ceremonies.
  • Work with stakeholders, including product directors and business representatives, to deliver product demonstrations and refine requirements.
  • Passionate about product management, and enjoy collaborating with development and testing colleagues.
  • High accountability environment.
  • You are a self-motivated and driven individual.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and workloads.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the Insignis Cash roadmap and how your backlog aligns with it.
  • Confidently establish backlog priorities and build credibility by engaging with the appropriate stakeholders and understanding the business cases.
  • Work closely with technical team leads and stakeholders to manage the backlog consistently.
  • Assist product directors in developing detailed requirements.
  • Communicate priorities to the development team and provide timelines to the business.
  • Organize and facilitate all sprint ceremonies.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Assess requests and tickets that necessitate backlog prioritization.
