We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Real Care Children Services. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to families and children who are facing challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care that acknowledges the potential of each young person and fosters it through actions and words.
- Ensure that the program meets the unique care and support needs of young people while fostering independence, safety, privacy, and dignity.
- Guarantee that resources are utilised efficiently in the provision of this care and support.
- A valid UK driver's license.
- The ability to work from anywhere, as not all positions are available in their immediate vicinity.
- Drive lengthy distances with ease and assurance.
- A dependable and resilient individual who is capable of maintaining composure in situations that may be distressing and difficult.
- The ability and willingness to collaborate with families in their homes, institutions, and communities.
