Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Primary School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of our students in the KS1 department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students in the KS1 department
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1/2 curriculum and experience of supporting students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Flexibility and adaptability
