Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to routine and complex inquiries, complaints, and adverse events related to Zoetis products, adhering to our standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing, to identify and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize phone, workforce management, and QA systems to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain strong knowledge of products, programs, policies, and procedures.
