Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts through distribution channels and OEM customers.
  • Engage in business development activities to promote a range of compressed air products and services.
  • Conduct demonstrations and exhibitions to showcase product capabilities, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Department to maintain high standards of after-sales support.
  • Work alongside various engineering teams to enhance product offerings.
Package Details

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 (OTE £50,000), depending on experience, along with a bonus scheme, mobile phone, company car for personal use, and additional benefits including:

  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays

  • Comprehensive benefits package
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in selling or servicing mechanical engineering equipment, particularly in the compressed air sector.
  • A background as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Service Engineer looking to transition into sales.
  • A strong determination and enthusiasm to succeed within a reputable engineering firm.
  • A technical qualification such as an HNC, HND, or degree is advantageous.
  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

This is a home-based position with travel requirements across various regions.
