We are excited to present a role where you will be instrumental in enhancing the success of our residential property sales, ensuring that every client's experience is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.

As the initial point of contact for potential home buyers, you will utilize your knowledge and skills to surpass sales objectives while nurturing strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the presentation of our display areas, upholding the pristine reputation of our organization, and ensuring that available properties meet our high standards.

This position will primarily be based at our designated site, with additional responsibilities in various locations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective customer service skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
