Purpose of Position

The Scheduling Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination of training schedules for FlightSafety's internal and external customers. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer training schedules, including coordination with regulatory agencies and clients.
  • Verify training objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between FlightSafety and customers, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Perform Export Compliance checks and verify pre-training documents.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, providing expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry terminology, FARs, and prerequisites for FlightSafety International courses.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
