Position Summary: We are looking for a Financial Operations Supervisor who will play a crucial role in managing the company's international financial activities. The ideal candidate will provide insightful financial analysis, support various projects, and offer strategic advice to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of monthly Group reporting as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly board presentations, utilizing data from your financial activities and broader business metrics, including client profitability and risk management.
- Compile monthly management accounts using NetSuite, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets, with assistance from the Finance Manager.
- Conduct month-end reviews of accounts receivable and payable ledgers, collaborating with credit control and senior management to identify potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure accurate cost assessments.
- Collaborate with the management team on procurement and purchasing oversight.
- Maintain thorough records to support any research and development claims.
Qualifications:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in management accounting is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.
- Experience in a digital agency environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility in your work environment.
