Position Overview

Ultimate Performance (U.P.) is on the lookout for dedicated Fitness Coaches to enhance our team. We operate across multiple locations, providing a dynamic environment for personal growth and professional development.

We invite candidates who may be entering the fitness sector for the first time, as our mission is to cultivate future leaders within U.P., just as we have successfully done with our previous coaches.

Compensation: Salary starts at £29,950 with potential earnings ranging from £32,000 to £46,500.

U.P. requires candidates to possess a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training or an equivalent qualification. For training certifications, we suggest reaching out to an accredited education provider. U.P. has partnered with The Health and Fitness Institute for courses, ensuring an interview following qualification.
