Family Law Head of Department

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Head of Department to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Family Law department, you will be responsible for managing a team of Family Solicitors and developing relationships with clients to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, and separation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to secure new business and report to the Partners.
  • Run a team of Family Solicitors, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to drive team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure the team is aware of any developments.
