Job Summary

We're seeking a Spanish-speaking Shoot Producer to join our global Production team. As an extension of our client's internal team, you'll deliver high-quality productions that fulfill the creative vision and improve creative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and cost negotiations for productions exceeding €500k.
  • Oversee business affairs, including legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights.
  • Provide ongoing updates and forecasting in tracking documents.
  • Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filed during and after each shoot.
  • Finalize reconciliations, including archiving.
  • Ensure team compliance with necessary policies.
  • Attend on-set shoots approximately 40% of the time, traveling globally sometimes last minute.
  • Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables.
  • Work with clients and team members to ensure the success of each production.
  • Provide regular progress updates and escalate as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in cross-media (print, digital, and TV) shoot production.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with marketing industries, processes, and communication channels.
  • Understanding of production trends, costs, and ways of working.
  • Ability to seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
  • Capacity to adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
