Job Title: Shoot Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shoot Producer to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing shoots from beginning to end, ensuring that our photography meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shoots from concept to delivery, working closely with our creative teams to bring our vision to life.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that our deliverables meet their needs.
  • Oversee the production process, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with our photography and post-production teams to ensure seamless execution of shoots.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with model agencies and negotiate day rates to ensure we stay within budget.
  • Communicate shoot requirements and timelines to our teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of production experience in a studio or agency environment, with a strong background in ecomm still and motion/video production.
  • Experience in planning and managing commercial projects with a creative output.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Post-production experience is desirable, but not essential.
