Qualifications/Education
  • RN1/RN2/RN12 or RN Child Registered Nurse on the NMC register
  • Healthcare or management/leadership degree or Masters degree or equivalent qualification/training and experience
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in relevant area of speciality supplemented by specialist clinical, managerial training, and CPD
  • Mentorship course
