The role of Business and Private Client Tax Senior Manager presents a fantastic opportunity to leverage your experience in corporate tax, private client tax, or Deals tax, M&A tax, or international tax for your next career move. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic advice to a portfolio of clients comprising privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity companies, and investor companies. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing their complex tax issues. You will also offer deal tax advice on structuring and M&A, real estate tax advice, and advise private companies with international operations on their tax structures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- You will ideally be a Tax Senior Manager from another Big 4 or Top 10 firm seeking a new challenge that offers clear progression to Director/Partner.
- You will be CTA or ATT qualified and have 5 years+ experience in a corporate tax, business tax, private client tax advisory role.
- You will possess strong relationship-building and strengthening skills, along with the technical ability to thrive in the Big 4 environment and work in a fast-paced, exciting team.
- Strong management and supervisory skills, as well as internal stakeholder management skills, are essential for this role.
