Role OverviewThe Automotive Site Supervisor will support the Site Manager in preparing locations for production activities, ensuring that all work is executed according to the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the system/line from design to customer acceptance.
- Assist the Site Manager in resource allocation and efficiency management.
- Motivate the site team to meet project objectives regarding scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Review tenders and recommend necessary changes.
- Support site planning and budget definitions, including scheduling and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Manage known risks and respond effectively to unforeseen events.
- Oversee supplier activities and ensure timely acceptance of deliverables.
- Ensure quality milestones are met according to the project schedule.
- Review project drawings and specifications to understand client goals and resource needs.
- Coordinate the efforts of employees and contractors, reporting to the Site Manager.
- Understanding of customer manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with various welding and sealing technologies.
- Knowledge of motion control systems and robotics.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in project planning and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary ranges from 40-50k per annum, depending on experience, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours.
Benefits- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
