Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of machinery at our Halewood site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the installation process from design stage to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the installation of machinery
* Coordinate and control from design stage, through to the customer acceptance
* Ensure resources allocation, workload, and efficiency
* Review project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals, and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project
* Attend periodical review meetings with site team/sub-contractors
* Ensure that site team and sub-contractors are following the right standards and best practices
* Motivate the site team to achieve project goals
* Keep records of employee attendance and timesheets

Requirements:
* Knowledge of automation concepts, software, and robotic applications
* Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Experienced in material and resource allocation
* Project Management experience
