We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain expert to join our PMO team at Ontic. As a Supply Chain Project Lead, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in supply chain management and efficiency.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all supply chain activities from supplier onboarding to inventory management, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process. You will work closely with colleagues across both PMO and SC functions, attending regular project meetings with licensors and suppliers to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures within the quality plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive transfer plan for all SC activities associated with the licence, including onboarding, PO transfers, inventory management, and provisioning.
- Collaborate with the PM to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes quickly and effectively.
- Present project status to a range of stakeholders across the business and maintain a clear and effective communication channel.
- Provide clear and effective direction to the project team to ensure transparency and accountability.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a relevant subject or significant, relevant industry experience within supply chain management. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience of working with ERP systems, and the ability to work and lead SC projects.
You will be comfortable working at pace, prioritizing tasks, and making effective decisions quickly. If you are dedicated, enthusiastic, and always seeking ways to improve, you will enjoy a career with us.
