Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to contribute to our client's success in the manufacturing sector. This position promises long-term job stability and opportunities for technical advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program and operate 5-axis CNC machinery to manufacture precision components according to detailed specifications, ensuring safety and operational integrity.
2. Develop and refine CNC programs utilizing CAM software to enhance production efficiency.
3. Conduct inspections and measurements of finished products to confirm compliance with quality standards.
4. Identify and resolve any issues related to machining or programming processes.
5. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to accurately interpret technical drawings.
6. Mentor apprentices, providing guidance and support throughout their development.
7. Provide operational coverage during periods of annual leave or sickness.
8. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Essential experience in CNC programming.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with quality assurance inspection and precision measurement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills.
