Job Title: UX Design Manager

Dentsu International is a global leader in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Customer Engagement, and Retention Services to help clients 'win' while prioritizing customer growth and experience.

We're seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX and UI design, creating engaging designs across various clients and sectors.

Purpose of the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UX principles and design fundamentals, with the ability to analyze research data for design improvements. They will be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing responsive webpage layouts for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with teams on projects and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze research data for design improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in UX/UI design, working on complex tools/platforms.
  • Familiarity with research, testing, and analytics.
