We are a leading construction consultancy based in Kent, seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor at Brandon James Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with our Associate Directors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre and post-contract responsibilities for a range of projects, including education, mixed-use residential, commercial, retail fit-out, hotels, and healthcare.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of our APC programme, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending regular CPDs and sharing knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Hold a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably within a PQS/consultancy environment.
- Be committed to achieving MRICS status.
- Have good pre-contract knowledge and a driving license.
