Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential services.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for working effectively as part of a team to provide care to vulnerable children, supporting service users with early trauma and emotional behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide care and support to young people in a residential setting
* Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individual care plans
* Support service users with daily routines, including morning and evening routines
* Manage challenging behavior and adopt de-escalation techniques
* Maintain professional relationships with clients, family, and external healthcare professionals

Requirements:

* Minimum of 6 months paid experience as a support worker in a children's setting in the UK
* Enhanced children's DBS on the update service
* Right to live and work in the UK
