Job Title: Events Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Events Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events in the automotive trade and luxury high-end brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and delivery of events.
  • Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Foster relationships with clients to understand their vision and ensure their needs are met.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and venues to secure the best rates and services.
  • Oversee risk management plans and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing successful events in the auto trade or with high-end luxury brands.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at negotiating and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in events management or a related field is desirable.
