Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the order desk, developing relationships with existing customers, and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process customers' orders, generate monthly order, warranty, and stock reports, and manage freight bookings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with dealerships, customers, and stakeholders, and update customers with the latest product incentives and promotions.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate customer events, and create and amend part numbers.

Requirements
- Experience: Sales or Account Manager experience within manufacturing, order processing experience, and working in a target-driven environment.
