Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Organiser to become part of their Scotland National Centre team. In this role, you will collaborate with lay officers and fellow staff members to enhance the Union's influence by actively engaging with members and their employers within educational settings. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for organising and campaigning, as well as recruiting, training, and mentoring new members, workplace representatives, and lay officers.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in the education sector and be adept at applying their knowledge of trade union organising, casework, and campaigning. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential to inspire confidence, commitment, and active participation among members.
