About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Stevenage College Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring every individual child's needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children are in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
- Take ownership of supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs, working closely with the team to ensure every child's needs are met.
- Lead by example, role-modeling best practice and guiding the team to encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
