IT Operations Manager

We are working alongside a sustainable brand to hire an IT Manager - Operational Improvement Lead. This impactful role will touch many points of the business and teams, working directly with Ops team and CTO. The company is a major disrupter in the space, with renowned products.
As the business scales and launches multiple products across Europe, they need someone to manage processes, transformation, and policies. Upcoming projects include managing a site move, technical product launch, onboarding remote employees, and establishing new policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations and process improvement, with a strong understanding of technical products and remote teams. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is an urgent hire, and the company is looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The role will involve working closely with the Ops team and CTO to implement process improvements and manage technical projects.
