Job Summary:
The Floorbrite Group is seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance for our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all window cleaning tasks in accordance with our cleaning schedule and protocols.
- Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work, adhering to current legal requirements and company policies.
- Complete all work in accordance with our quality standards and ensure any necessary warning signs are always in use.
- Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times, maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order.
- Report all machine and building faults to your line manager and respond courteously to customer and management requests.
Requirements:
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential, with previous experience within the window cleaning industry being beneficial.
- Confidence and competence working at height are required, as well as the ability to provide 2 checkable work references and have the correct right to work/work permits.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential, with previous cherry picker experience being beneficial.
