Technical Requirements:

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the water industry.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. EUSR water hygiene card.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Competence in Microsoft Project.
Job Purpose

To develop and manage project tender packages for existing and new clients within the water industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret project briefs and create pricing schedules capturing all required scope.
  2. Conduct research to determine costs of materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with the supply chain to obtain quotes and conduct site visits as necessary.
  4. Evaluate quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified timeframes.
  5. Work with the project controls team to build a tender program, ensuring adequate project preliminaries are applied.
  6. Assess risk levels associated with projects and ensure adequate risk is applied to price and program.
  7. Prepare and present tender quotations internally for review and approval.
  8. Present tender quotations to clients.
  9. Support bids for new contracts and frameworks.
  10. Assist with handover to the project delivery team and support buyer activities as needed.
  11. Collaborate with all departments and support senior managers within the business.
  12. Perform other duties as required for this role.
