Disability Support Assistant

At Alina Homecare, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dorset. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
- Support clients with personal care, including maintaining good hygiene and getting ready for the day.
- Help clients with medication management, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
