About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence and help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work with a customer group that includes adult females who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping.
  • Help customers with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
