About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Peterborough. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive security services to prevent and respond to security-related incidents.
  • Respond to threats, incidents, or colleague wellbeing support when required.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Joint Operation Centre through radio, tablet, or other tech appliances.
  • Exhibit a high level of bearing and deportment, remaining alert, inquisitive, visible, and maintaining a strong security presence.

Requirements:

  • SIA DS/CP license
  • Preferred experience in the Armed Forces or Police
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Customer Service experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Reliable and customer-focused with a commitment to exemplary service
  • Dependent on Location - Ability to acquire Enhanced DBS checks
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
