About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced MSK Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with a wide range of physical and emotional needs
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, families, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies

Requirements
  • Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST, or BASraT)
  • Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care
  • A deep understanding of the impact of musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities
  • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
  • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
  • Understanding, influence, and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP
  • Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal
  • Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change
  • Experience of developing team members
