We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced MSK Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with a wide range of physical and emotional needs.
- Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support to patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in MSK care to provide evidence-based treatment.
- Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with a proven track record of excellent patient outcomes.
- Current valid registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC, GOsC, SST, or BASraT).
- Outstanding clinical skills, with a deep understanding of MSK conditions and their impact on patients' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research.
