About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Precision Engineering, a well-established family-run SME with over 35 years of experience in manufacturing bespoke machinery. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings, managing Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and collaborating closely with clients to interpret and meet specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and manage BOM creation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to interpret and meet specific requirements.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges and deliver quality solutions.
  • Support site surveys and installation when necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
